Does any one know how long it takes for theDMV(Department Motor Vehicle Transportation)to create custom plates?

Preferrably in Missouri, I am just curious of anyone who has custom made license plates if the DMV makes them right then and there or what the length of time it takes for them to make it. Thanks in advance- Jason

1. I believe it can take up to 3 months after the form is submitted for you to receive your plate.
2. I think the jailbirds can hammer them out pretty quick...
3. Take about 2 weeks and they are mailed directly to you... you can check with your local DMV for more detailed info on this.
