For people that work for Ohio Department of Transportation?

I was wondering if you could build a building on the county line in Ohio. I live in Ohio and I was wondering if it was legal to build a home or other building that sits right on the county line (one part of it in one county and one in the other). I have seen an old building that is in Tuscarawas and Stark counties. It was an old business years ago but it was a large building but it was in both. Thats the only one I have seen. So can you?

1. You can. Might have to pay taxes in both counties. So it might not be economically feasible.
