Arkansas Department of Transportation rules?

I have a 1971 GMC pickup truck with Arkansas plates that expired about 10 years ago. I heard in the state of AR, you only have to register your vehicle and there is no vehicle inspection. Is this true?

1. plates that expired about 10 years would be a problem...and you can look it up online.. depends on the city.. i didnt have to pass any inspection in hamburg ar
2. No inspection here. As long as you have the title and insurance, you can register the vehicle.
