Need help on Passive Heating and Public Transport in Australia.?

Hi, I really need some help finding information on Passive Heating and Public Transport in Australia. (specifically) Can anyone give me some good references and detailed information on those two topics? I have to create a web page covering these topics fully. I am battling to find good information so any references, good sites and resourced information would be helpfull. Thanks
