Paypal card Cash back for free of charge at usps and pharmacy? ?

hi, guys I know paypal debit card ususlly charge $1 - $2 depends the on atm company but when i go ship something at the post office using my paypal debit card and ask for cash back its usually free. My paypal online account shows postage fees only, no service fee is shown. Pharmacy too, if i pay with paypal card and cash back is free. My question is, is the cash back service really free? or is there a hidden fee? Thanks!

1. Yep, it's really free. When you use your card with your pin at a store, the store pays the same amount whether you take out $1 or $100 and it costs them less money than if you sign for it. So the store usually will allow you to take out a little extra, since it's not costing them anything and it's less money in the drawer to get stolen and the money goes directly to their bank.
