I Need a Venue/ Party Space in Queens (Jamaica area) or Long Island (Valley Stream, Hempstead, Elmont area)?

My friend and I are looking for a place to through my 22nd birthday party and her 21st. Location: Queens (Jamaica area) or Long Island (Valley Stream, Elmont, Hempstead area) Date: Party 1: Sat. August 11, 2007 Party 2: Fri. Sept. 21st or Sat. Sept.22nd Party Times: 9:00pm - 3:00/4:00am (Both parties) Accomodate: 100-150 people; Tables and chairs must be available on site Catering: No. We will provide all Alcohol: Yes Parking: Must be nearby and/or close to public transportation Location must have bathrooms! :) Bonus: Kitchen area and bar area would be great!! Budget: approx. $500 Please don't tell me this is impossible. I'm willing to look at community centers, clubs (Veterans, Knights of Columbus, Frat Houses, etc.) party rooms, cheap banquet halls (where I can rent just the room) and more.
