- A Haynes manual will tell you in detail and have a diagram of exactly how to do it. It was simple, just like taking out 4 bolts on my pug 406 but dont know if your engine will be any different, shouldnt think so
- hi , first off make shaw that the erea around the plugs is clean, then undo the top nuts on the glow plugs and take off the link wire that joins all 4 together , then get a socket that fits the glow plugs and undo them ,( they will be tight ) once you have them all out check the new ones are the same lenght , clean up the link wire/rail so it is clean then replace .hope this helps you , all the best kev
- firstly don;t look for a haynes manual , they don't make one for the transporter , the front panel complete with radiator and fans will come any if you undo the 4 panel bolts on the top under bonnet , you have take off the radiator to engine hose's and the wiring plug on the left hand side of the radiator you have to remove this as the engine is tilted back and to low to get at the plugs, you will need a quarter inch socket set with a universal joint, as the plug behind the injection pump is a right pig to get , don't forget the anti freeze when you put it back together or drain the system , hope this helps
