EMS shipping from China to Canada?

EE004844237CN is my tracking number with EMS. For quite a while now, it just says "Despatch from sorting center" in Shanghai, and has not changed from the 27th until now. What is going on here? Has anyone ever had this problem too?

1. When I had a FedEx delivery problem in China, I had it solved by contacting FedEX. It's best to get your problem solved by contacting EMS.
2. wait a bit, sometime they don't update the online statue. usually 2 weeks for me.
