2. I don't think you do. You order a month's worth of food at a time through nutrisystem. If you really want to get that free shipping every month, you could signup as a new client each month to get the free shipping. Might be more hassle than it's worth because you should start losing weight within a couple of months at least. If you are trying to determine if it works or not, I found a site that has some feedback from nutrisystem customers on it.
