Department of Transportation and the DOT guidelines ?

If you go to test and you cannot urinate do they have a 2 hour time limit.So if you don't urinate within that time can they fire you.

Public Comments

1. I had a guy take almost 5 hours and I didn't fire him.
2. There is no official guideline there. It would be up to the company.
