How does Amazon shipping work?

Do you have to pay tax? I want to buy this game: http://www.amazon.com/Assassins-Creed-Xbox-360/dp/B000P46NMK/ref=pd_sim_vg_35 Right by it, it says eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping...what does that mean? Free shipping? So you don't have to pay anything but 23 bucks for the game? Right next to it it says it's eligible, but then it says for orders over $25... I'm confused... But it SAYS the game is elligible even though it's 2 dollars short

1. what ever you buy have to cost over 25 dollars..if it cost over 25 dollars only if it say eligible for free super saver shipping...then you get the free shipping...since your game is only 23 dolllars you will not qualify for free shipping..what ever you buy make sure it say eligible for free super saver and spend over 25 dollars and you qualify for free shipping..since your game is 23 dollars you will have to pay the shipping and handling..if you buy one more item you should qualify for free shipping if that item you buy is eligible for free super saver shipping...hope i helped you.
2. You have to pay sales tax if you're having it shipped to Kansas, Kentucky, New York, North Dakota, or Washington. You get the free Super Saver Shipping by spending at least $25 total on items that say they're eligible. So you would need to spend at least another $2 on something to get that game shipped free.
