  1. Seaplane
  2. To start you would kill it if you were to transfer it there. Polar bears cannot survive there thus there is a reason they do not already live there. In saying that, if the bear is just going to die in no way shape or form would it be "cost effective". HOWEVER if you wanted to transfer a Polar between zoos, facilities or at least to an area that it would survive it is done rather simple. The bears are given drugs to help them relax and remove stress during transport. They are contained within a steel cage and depending on where and how far they have to go the cage is placed into a truck or plane. There would also be a handler and at least one vet that would travel with the bear to make sure everything was ok.
  3. You DON'T bring them to Antarctica. You've obviously got some research to do if you're a vet, or if you're trying to smuggle the poor thing out of a zoo, that's too bad. U.N. regulations pretty much keep you from keeping a wild or oversized animal in a cage in seaplanes. Try a cargo boat to Greenland instead. It's plenty cold there, and will be for some time. Although, the adaptation to the climate may not fare well for the polar bear, and he'll also not be able to intermingle with the native bears. It is never cost-effective... deal with it.
  4. Wrong way, Jose.
