groundshipping question ?

so basically, i ordered my package on the 24th of november. the monday before thanksgiving and i had free ground shipping which the site says takes 5-7 days . but i didn't get the package on the next monday or the tuesday after . and i know that thanksgiving throw off the ordder day but by when should i get my order ? okay i'm not asking WHY i didn't get my order yet . im asking WHEN i should get it so please don't give me a reason as to why it hasn't come in yet, obviously i know the reason. not trying to be rude , but it's rather frustrating to see a answer that doesn't apply to the question. also , if the package is tracked ; and is in your state will you get it that day ? or the next day ?

1. Free shipping usually takes a while.
2. UPS ground shipping takes about 5-7 days from the time the seller gets it in the mail. The holidays make the ship time a few days longer. Just try to be patient, and contact the seller. Ask them for a tracking number. You can track the progress of your package online, and get an estimate of what day it should arrive.
3. Maybe because it's holiday and they were off.
