are Ontario ministry of transportation and quebec ministry of transportation lined?

I have an Ontario driver's license and I got 4 tickets in my record.Now I moved to Montreal Quebec.Will Quebec ministry know my record in Ontario? Are these 2 systems lined?

1. I would assume they do have computers over there.
2. if you followed all the road rules you wouldn't have this problem, now would you
