I'm looking for the owner of a Gold Chevy in Toronto, Ontario?

If you live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and was at the intersection of Yonge Street and Lawrence Ave on October 21, 2008 around 9 - 9:30 am and saw a Gold Chevy Venture strike a woman on a green electric scooter then take off, please, PLEASE, tell me you got the license plate number and report it to the police! That woman is my mother, and I've tried everything else to find out the owner! The Ministry of Transportation couldn't help me because I had only a partial plate number. 1. When things like this happen here in the U.S. the local newspapers will let you put this same info that you have written in for free, hope that it helps.
2. Try asking in your local paper... good luck
3. Use Google images to figure out what year that Venture might have been. See if you can find a gold one. Post the picture here and on posters in the area where your mother was hit along with the partial plate number. It might help. I hope your mother is OK.
4. Hey, did you go to the police? You should go to the police. Also try your local newspaper to let them report it.
