I'm trying to Import each time 50 - 100 mobile and tomtom to UK. shipping by DHL do i have to pay tax R&C?

1. of course you do, it's called import tax. You'll also need to pay VAT on them This is for anything outside the EU
2. The short answer is: Yes you do! But if you are UK VAT registered you can claim back that element.
