Are there any shipping methods / companies in the Philippines similar to Japan's SAL, Airmail, and EMS?

Basically, I am wanting information about companies or government agencies in the Philippines who can ship commercial parcels similar in cost to Japan's seamail, airmail, and EMS to the United States at a cheap cost. UPS, Fedex, and LBS cost too much.
