Does USPS provide FREE shipping boxes?

I think that's what it said on ebay...I need to send an item, and I can't find a box lying around the house which fits it. Thanks!

1. Yes, you can either go to your local post office and ask for one or you can go to usps.com and order a bundle of shipping boxes that you need for your item. It's very convenient and it doesn't cost a dime to buy the boxes and to ship them.
2. yep go to there website and have them mailed to you. im not sure if you can get them free at the usps centers but you can get them mailed to you. my wife did it so that she can ship things out. Yes its all free.
3. They only have relatively small boxes and they're limited for use with either express or priority, take your pick, they're about 8X10X2, maybe.
