If I refuse a USPS Package does anyone get charged for shipping?

As the title says. I got a package from a company to check out some samples that I have to return but my question is if I refuse the package on Monday will either I or the company get charged or does the USPS just return for free? Thanks

1. If it was sent First Class, Priority, or Express mai. there wont be any charges if you refuse it.
