Car transport from Perth to Sydney?
My dad wants to send me his 2004 toyota corolla valued at about $17000 its a sedan. What do you think would be the cheapest way to get it here? How long does it take and how much does it cost? Taking into consideration delivery, insurance and damage. Its got about 150000Ks on it do you think its worth transporting it here?

- The only suggestion I can give is that its cheaper sending it backload from Perth to Sydney than the other way about. If its coming your way for free then it has to be worthwhile. First though check to see what the possible costs are for road-worthiness/rego costs in NSW. I don't know how rigorous they are there, but in WA I've heard them require a replacement windscreen because of a few stone chips.
- Hire me, and I'll drive it there. Or, you could organize car freight- so that would mean you need to contact WA Rail and ask them what they want to do for you as a deal. Its going to be expensive. Thousands of dollars. Better you fly there, and drive home... Or hire me.
