Why can't Ebay put up a shipping filter?

I am sick of people charging ridiculously high shipping rates just to avoid the seller fees.

1. Then don't do business with them! Is someone holding a gun to your head?
2. I got so tired of paying all those ebay fees myself. Did you know that Ebay does not refund the insertion fees even when you win a dispute. Ebay just don't care because they are in a win win situation for themselves.
3. don't bid on such auctions no one forces you report the seller use the firefox add on ( extension ) to filter ebay searches by shipping
4. It takes time and money to ship items. I have to find a box to ship the stuff in go wait in line at the post office or fedex to ship. All that is reflected in my shipping fees. You are also paying for fast service.
