Anyone had troubles with the UPS Store in Morgantown,WV on Patterson drive overcharging?

Well the patterson drive ups store in Morgantown,WV is a total ripoff. They will overcharge you so much and lie to your face and say its what UPS charges. I went there one time to ship a stereo system and they wanted over a 100 dollars. A half mile down the road the ups shipping center in an office depot shipped it for 39 dollars. I hassled them as to what the extra fees are and they would make up some crap. There is a older lady there who is the manager or owner who got very mad at me and told me to leave when I announced that they are overcharging me and its not hard to see. The old lady swears this is how much it will be no matter where I go, well I went to office depot like I said and that was not true. I wanted to go back and show the receipt but I was already asked to leave and did not want to cause more of a stir than I already had. The employees are also trained by her in these lies about shipping rates. They run around like robots and talk you in to things you really don't need to ship your package. The lady there always insisted in knowing what I was shipping every time. Insisting alot of times that it needed repackaged with their materials at their rates. I noticed that she didnt like me bringing in pre paid online ups packages, I would just put them on the table and say its ready to go and she would always have a mean look on her face towards me. Anyways I am just wondering if I am the only person that experienced the wrath of the overcharging old lady manager at the ups store.

1. According to UPS, the surcharge amounts are not governed. I called about this once before. I can take a package to the actual shipping dock of UPS in our town and pay a lot less than the smaller stores. They are actually franchises, per say. I told them it made UPS look bad because it appeared they were so expensive but they said they could only provide a base line for them to go from.
