2 weeks in costa rica, itinerary and accomodation help?

Me and my brother are planning to travel costa rica from 13 Dec. - 28 Dec. but we haven't made our itinerary yet. We have clues on what places we want to see but have no clue about the route we should take or the places we should reserve to stay in. The places we are planning to see are roughly: arenal volcano and national park(planning a night stay) lake arenal to monteverde(is one night good enough?) Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park(looks like a night stay here will be great too?) Tortuguero_National_Park(not sure about going there, not turtle watching season, what else is to do there?) poas volcano national park What else should not I miss? Our goal is to see little bit of everything and do some water sports and zipline tour etc. We would prefer public(tourist) transport wherever its readily available. Thanks for all of your suggestions.
