Where can I find sources on Los Angeles Department of Transportation annual report during 1980-2000?

I tried google... got nothing

2. I don't think stuff that old is going to be online. It might be available in some library in LA, or you can contact the department directly and they should be able to get you copies. http://www.ladot.lacity.org/contact_us.htm
