How to get from international drive to disney parks and universal studios and seaworld using public transport?

Hi there i am visiting orlando and staying on international drive and will not be hiring a car. Can someone please give me advise on public transport to disney world and univesal and sea world? the hotel charge for buses and its quite expensive, can you help please? thanks xx
