Car hire from Birmingham International?

Can anyone tell me who is the cheapest car hire company at Birmingham airport. I would like to hire a car for a week rather than use public transport but don't really want to spend a lot!

Some will offer a free tank of fuel, or fuel at a discounted price, others offer free upgrades, some offer a better insurance....i guess it would be up to you to see which deal would suit you the best.
