Location Transport

give me your advice on what you think i should do...?

i purchased something threw a web page 4 weeks ago. i paid ground shipping and that take 3-5days. when it had been 2 1/2 weeks and still no package i called to find out what was going on, first off it took them 4 days to send out something they had in stock and told me when i ordered it it would be sent out next day and second my package had been lost. so the person i spoke with sent me out a new one with a 2day shipping for free. well a week later and i still haven't got my freaking package. so i call them today and the issued me back my whole amount, even though it was only 20 bucks. well i did some more research today and i found out that it was delivered today, but they didn't put my apartment number on it so its sitting in the fed ex building waiting for me to pick up. now my question is, what do i do now? do i let them know i have it so they can pull out the 20bucks or do i just keep the item and oh well for them messing up so much??

2. Well all that trouble and time dealing with bull$#*! must of been a pain in the ass. You should be glad you got that crap for free. Take the package and buy some bubble gum with the 20. If you think about it that bubblegum will be free! AND you'll have 18.92 free dollars left to spend! lol
