I am planning to go to the off-shore island of Lanyu (Orchid Island) this summer, and I'd like to know where I can find the cheapest air transport to the island from Taipei. I'd also like to know where I can find the cheapest car rental for one day. Give me all other info regarding travel in Lanyu?

1. try eztravel.com.tw or ezfly.com my experiences is that going during the summer will be expensive, but if you go anytime between now and may it's pretty cheap. the two travel agents are big enough to make proper arrangements and guarantees the hotels of certain quality.
