How much is my shipping container house going to cost?

Basically I found several options for land which cost around $5000 to $6500. However, all the land I have found is full of very large trees and thick brush. Once that is finished I need a concrete slab to put the shipping containers. The shipping containers then have to be cut, welded and insulated.

3. I am 100% sure that it will cost you thousands of dollars when code enforcement realizes that you had no building permits and your buildings do not meet code. This is the purpose of manufactured homes.
