I'm having bad pains in my lower right side of my stomach.?

It's been hurting for about 2 hours. Earliar today it was making wierd noises, but now its achy. What is in that location? Appendix? Bladder? Colon? What? What should I do about it? 2nd answerer; what are you talking about ignoring your emails? ohh, the king of yahoo answers, i havent checked my email in a while. sorry.. no need to cuss at me.

1. Really low right hand side by your hip bone is appendix. Strange as that may sound, if you do jumping jacks and the pain gets much worse, go to the ER, because if it ruptures, it can be life threatening. Not likely to be colon and bladder is in the middle.
2. The only thing I can think of in that area is the appendix, and if that's the problem you need to see a doctor about it immediately.
