Pain in my right side?

I have a pain in my right side of the stomach. Both my parents said its not my appendix because they pushed down and let go and it didn't hurt at all. My mom thinks i pulled a muscle because I've been exercising a lot lately, but because of the location of the pain I don't think it's a pulled muscle. The pain is between my belly button and right hip, directly next to my belly button but a bit lower. Any ideas what it could be? I'm really worried and they wont bring me to the doctors.

  1. You could have pulled a muscle or it could be your appendix's.
  2. It isnt ur appendix, if u arent crying in pain or throwing up then ur fine. especially if its been going on for a while since appendicitis is an acute disorder. Lots of muscles in that area, could be that or your bowels try taking a bowel movement and drinking a lot of water. Possibly gas bubble trapped?
  3. They say that you take your right hand and put your thumb on your belly button lay it flat and point your other fingers down. Where your middle finger ends is where your appendix is. If the pain is there it is possible that it is your appendix. When you push on it it may not hurt, it actually may relieve the pain. In my opinion, you should get to the doctor whenever possible. J
