- please dont do it unless it is from someone you know and trust, thereare a lot of scams going on right now, where they claim that if youpay them so uch money, send it via western union, with a question and answer, they will ship the dog out to you, then they take your money and you never see the dog or your money again...
- Call Australian Air Express and ask for a quote... it will depend if someone has to collect the puppy from the owner or if the owner will take it to the airport. As an approx price id say about $250. There are some courier companies that specialise in pet transport see links below: Cairns Cat Oasis Resort: 07 4054 1041
- Don't buy from a breeder, go to your local animal shelter.
- Call or check out a company called Dogtainers, the prices are very reasonable. They pick up and provide that crate etc, heres the site. http://www.dogtainers.com.au/ Good Luck
- Don't, Adopt and Save a life, NEVER BUY A PUPPY WITHOUT SEEING IT IN PERSON! Please Check your local shelter-remember shelter in australia have various breeds available-however they don't have that many pictures online-as they want you to meet the dog personally. If you buy a dog over the Internet, at a pet store or through a newspaper ad, your new pooch may very well be from a puppy mill—a mass dog breeding operation. Protect yourself from scams and don't be fooled into buying an overpriced, possibly sick puppy Dogs that have been uprooted from their happy homes or have not had the best start in life are likely to bond very closely to their new owner. Yes, dogs that have lost families through death, divorce or lifestyle change can go through a mourning process; however, once they become attached to their new family, they seem to want to please as much as possible to make sure they are never homeless again! Those dogs that are just learning about the good life and good people seem to bond even deeper. They know what life on the streets, life on the end of a chain, or worse, is about, and they revel and blossom in a nurturing , loving environment. Most rescues make exceptional , extremely loyal companions. Yes it is EXPENSIVE TO TRANSPORT A PUPPY FROM QUEENSLAND TO PERTH! Why not adopt a dog or puppy in need of home at animals shelters instead of supporting irresponsible dog breeder? Australian animal shelters have Puppies all year around, depending on the season-they have more around Easter & Christmas.
