Brazil Accident September 29, 2006, can someone tell me what the series of events according to the document?

This is the document "National Transportation Safety Board" http://www.ntsb.gov/Recs/letters/2007/A07_35_37.pdf I have read the article very carefully I am not entirely sure what the main parts are. I am require to create a time line documenting what happened. Thank you all the best

Apparently, Fox News reported that warning systems failed on both an executive jet and a commercial airliner before the two planes collided.
