Boeing 737-800 Brazil accident time line.?

Anyone have knowledge of the following accident. 1. It crashed with an embraer 600 legacy (skimming wings). They were on a collision course for miles. The embraer 600 legacy was out on a flight showing off the new plane, its first flight. (the embraer landed safely at a military airfield.
