If somebody started to physicaly intimidate you on London Transport - what are the odds of...?
...some members of the public, fellow commuters getting off their seats and intervening/stopping the loser trying to hit/bully you ? I think theres a 3/10 chance that somebody might get up and help you - and its sad that I think thats the best odds too. Apparently the #1 excuse for not intervening in matters like those is 'they were simply too shocked' heh. I mean if some nutcase got up and started smacking a rolled up newspaper on your head really hard, and then began palming your head across aggressively you're not going to just sit there hoping somebody will get up and help you right ? The good news is the majority of commuters on London Transport are amongst the best in the world, but all it would take is one experience of being victim to a nutjobs antics on a train or bus heh.

- Not sure of the odds but I have got to the stage in my life now where I am taking no rubbish from anyone. I dare one of them knife-wielding punk b!TCh€$ to start on me!
- I'm with Deedee. I'm too old and I've put up with enough crap in my life to start taking it from some no brain caveman who shouldn't be allowed to walk about, never mind get near decent people.. It's time to say no to intimidation and no to seeing these buggers loose on the streets.
- i agree with Deedee all the way! its Seasonal Depression time for me, and i get very aggressive, i'm also a screwed up teen so i am naive enough not to have any limits, or responsibility for my actions. i dont put up with any crap
