is there any software to track someone elses cell phone so i can know where there at like the exact location where there at thx i just need some free ware so i can know where there at thx =)

1. If it's an iphone there is like an app for that. Also some windows mobile devices can also do that. But if it's like a regular cell phone the only services really are available to the consumer are ones that you have to pay (cell phone kid tracking services).
