- I have never had a problem, they will come back.
- happens all the time. it'll be there if you are.
- I've never had a problem with UPS. If they say they will come back the next day, they always do. I order about 90% of my stuff online, and most is sent by UPS, they have never lost a package or forgot to come back. I would be expecting them if I were you.
- They'll attempt to redeliver it a certain number of times (I think twice). It says it on the slip. Failing that, you can go to the UPS facility and pick it up.
- They will come back, or you have the option to pick it up at their nearest warehouse. There is a 1-800 number on their note. If you call it before close of business today, they will hold the package for you at their warehouse. Or, you can just wait for them to come back tomorrow. (they will) I think they only make three attempts though, so unless you are sure you will be there, I would recommend making arrangements to pick up.
- I have a lot more success with UPS than with the post office. If the company tells them they can leave it without a signature they do. But with something like a cell phone that isn't likely to happen. So you have to be there to sign for it - usually it is anyone at the address who can sign unless it is specified only the addressee can sign. You have 2 things you can do. You can call them and arrange to pick it up at their office and go there or you can wait until the next day and they will re-deliver. They will only do that a couple of times and then you have to call and arrange pick up or it will be returned. UPS insures its packages up to a certain amount and post office charges more for that service. I've always found UPS to be very reliable. I've had fits with Fed Ex at times as you have ot be there and never know where to go get it and don't hold too long and I've called and told them to deliver on a certain day and they deliver the day before. I doubt you'll have a problem unless you aren't home when they come. If that happens call and go there to pick up but call first and have them hold it for you to pick up. Hope you enjoy the phone.
- they will come back - they have better things to do then to send you phone back. they have more worries about you being there to take it then you do about them, be sure of that.
- They will return within their scheduled time. they will make three attempts to deliver then you will have to pick it up. UPS is actually the most reliable of the courier services.
- Most companies that ship electronics choose the 'signature required' option. They don't want people claiming it was stolen off the front step. The notice has a tracking number and a toll free phone number. you can call the number and make arraignments to pick the package up at a UPS facility if you won't be home to sign for the package. After 3 failed delivery attempts, UPS will return it to the sender.
