how can I check the price for UPS shipping?

I bought a thing online, but i don't know the accurately shipping fee, it is UPS ground, i thought there should be some where that i can check the price for my package, so that I can know the seller didn't lie to me. (the distance wasn't so far and not heavy things, the shipping was almost 40, just wondering..
