should i take my DVD collection when i move?

In september i am moving to China (from the US) tfor 3 years, and i was wondering what i should do with my DVD collection...i have 300+ DVDs and i love movies. I know how cheap DVDs are over there, 1/3 of my collection is from there...BUT will customs want to take my collection if i show up in Hong Kong with a suitcase full of DVDS? there aren't multiples (as in i dont have 50 "transporter 3's") so they really can't think i will be bringing them to sell, right? It's just my personal movie library. . . .

  1. If i were in your sitaution, i would sell the duplicates here and carry a few that are your favorites. The other ones just leave here if you have a place to put them. If not i would sell them or give them away and when you get over there just get them as they interest you. You probably won't miss them that much. If you watch them all the time, changing up the ones you watch and actually going through the library watching them then you should maybe consider bringing all of them. I would say just bring some and make a profit off the the other ones. That would be the best bet in my mind.
