How do I add shipping insurance on ebay?

I have no idea how to add optional shipping insurance. I don't see an option to say that I will include shipping insurance on my auction. :( Please help. Thanks.

1. I take it you are the seller - it's there. Just below the section where you put the starting bid and shipping there is a small line you must open the box to - it is insurance and the choices will be optional, mandatory or included in S&H. If you are the buyer - it is on the checkout page provided the seller chose the optional, included or mandatory boxes.
