Do shipping companies ship on saturday and sunday?

I was wondering if shipping companies like ups or fedex ship on saturday or sunday?? thanks-

3. USPS and FEDEX deliver on Saturday and Fedex might deliver on Sunday if its overnight I think. Just check their websites...
