Swift Transportation Lawsuit in 2009?

In 2009, my brother went to swift trucking for training and job placement, after being laid off due to cuts in jobs he came back to Michigan and had a letter come several months later about his drivers license having to remove the CDL from it due to Swift Trucking not following Federal Guidelines, now there's supposed to be a lawsuit out against Swift and for the sake of living I cannot find it, I was wondering if anyone had any links or any information about it. Thanks.

1. In the past Swift transportation company has been subjected to many lawsuits..I once came across a site that talked about it..but I could not tell you where to find it..sorry I cannot help you.
