A: I would be forced to drive unlawfully. Q: What are some points to remember when passing or being passed? A: Make eye contact and wave 'hello' if he/she is cute. 6. There are very scientific answers for this. You may want to find out the circumstances first. For example, if you were to say with tools or by just plain driving with no interfering antagonists, it would be fine. The Q&A's you listed above may not be true, as this statement is vaguely clear.
