How can I transport a motorized wheelchair from Florida to Iowa?

We got my mother a motorized wheel chair from a private owner, only to find that it weighed too much to transport in a regular van. We had to hire a trucking company to deliver it to her. Now my mother isn't needing that chair but my mother in law is. What would be the easiest and cheapest way to transfer this chair from Florida to Iowa?
