Jacksonville Airport to Cruise Port Transportation?

I am going on a carnival cruise from jacksonville in june. I'm arriving at the airport a day early and then I need to get to the cruise port the next day. Are there any hotels there offering airport / cruise port transportation? Also, do my children (ages 3, 1.5, and 6 months) need a car seat? I really don't want to lug all the car seats since we'll be carrying the smaller two on our lap on the plane.

2. La Quinta Inn Jacksonville Airport North offers complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and to/from the cruise terminal. Technically, your kids do need child seats. I wouldn't bring them (that would be a major pain), but would request them and use them if they are available.
