Is my package moving anywhere?

I ordered something from california and i picked ups ground shipping (it was free.) I got the tracking number and it says it should arrive on the 24th. I ordered it on the 19th. Here is what it says on the tracking page: BALDWIN PARK, CA, US 04/20/2009 11:24 P.M. DEPARTURE SCAN 04/20/2009 7:09 P.M. ORIGIN SCAN US 04/20/2009 9:05 P.M. BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED does this mean that my package has not left baldwin park yet? or it is just on its way. because i thought ups stops at more cities along the way. Please help, thanks! (i live in michigan, the package is 13 pounds)
