DHL shipping issue... stuck somewhere?

Okay, so I have ordered a hat and this is the DHL shipping tracking last step: 4/22/2009 04:44 AM PT UNION CITY, CA TENDERED TO USPS Now this was 3 days ago, and no new activity has happened since then (it is 4-25-09). What does this last step mean? Is it physically there? Please answer soon, 10 points guaranteed to anyone who answers solidly.
