Why won't my order process on Amazon!?

Help! I'm ordering a fisher price tricycle which is getting shipped to the USA. I've selected the free super saver shipping and when I click on place order it keeps coming back with a message: "Thanks for choosing FREE Super Saver Shipping! Please note that your items will take an additional 3-5 days to ship. Need them faster? Choose one of our other shipping speeds" Then I click place order again and it keeps coming back with this message!! WHAT'S GOING ON!!! How do I place my order! Thanks

A couple of things could be wrong: Your shipping address is missing or incorrect Your billing address is missing or incorrect Your payment information such as your credit card number is missing or incorrect. You may have forgotten the expiration date or security code for your credit card number. If you are still having problems, it sounds like their web site is not responding well (maybe a glitch). First, click on your account, and check your order history, and make sure that you have not submitted multiple orders, then get in touch with Amazon.
  2. You are choosing Free Super Saver shipping, it will take them 3-5 days to process your order, and then it will be shipped. Delivery using Super Saver can be a longer delivery time than choosing UPS or Fed-Ex. If you are already aware of that, and agree to it, and it still keeps looping you back to that page, I would call Customer Service (you can actually use the Click to Call link from the Help page and a rep will call you almost immediately) and advise them. It could be a tech issue. I would first go into your account and confirm that the order has not been placed though.
