Ems Shipping 3 weeks later? Nothing?

I have already posted a question like his before but didnt get any good answers.....I bought some makeup from Beltal $200 worth and the shipped it out on the 11th of april..... and sense the 16th the ems tracking number has satated it was handed over to customs.....the usps also says its staus is foreign exceptance what now? its been a long time....i filed a claim with paypal but that takes forever too. Its coming from china to california why would customs still have it? The usps says they have no info what can do seller doesnt say anything to me. thank you for all your help its been almost 3 weeks???? So how long does this usually take??? Its in china right? 1. Customs have the right to hold the package, you can't do anything about it. the reason why it's been hold by customs they have to inspect the package for any restrictions going into the country. Sorry no one can help you. Only Customs have the power to hold and to release your package when it has been approved. Edit Additional Details yes that what would happen too if there's something wrong with the paper work or the package, which is normal message if it was sent to Customs for inspection.
