Public transportation between La Guardia or Newark Airport and Palisades, NY?

I'd appreciate information on public transport between these two points, and how long it takes. I'll be traveling into LGA/EWR on Friday evenings, and leaving Palisades around 2 in the afternoon on Sunday. Can this be done in 2 hours? I'll have a carry on with me - no heavy luggage.
